Ashley Brunner, REALTOR
Ashley was born and raised in the Lancaster area and comes from a family involved with Real Esate. He has been licensed for 10 years and knows the local market very well. He is a member in good standing with the Lancaster, Pennsylvania and National Association of Realtors. Ashley's clients' needs come first. He maintains continual communication throughout every transaction. 

Megan Weinrich Brunner 

Sharon Burkhart, REALTOR
Sharon enjoys meeting new people and making each client feel special. Her goal is to help everyone through the home buying/selling process with ease. With a background in customer service, Sharon's goal is to exceed expectations and will do whatever it takes to help you sell your house and find a new house to call home. 

Ron Burkhart, REALTOR
Ron is a licensed Realtor with over 20 years experience in customer service. He is dedicated to making his clients feel at ease during the buying and selling process. As a lifelong resident of Lancaster, Ron's experience in residential real estate is extensive. 100% satisfaction is Ron's number one goal.

Angela comes to the team with 10 years of customer service experience. Upon moving to Lancaster, she became a licensed real estate agent. Angela's goal is to help with the buying and selling process behind the scenes, helping to market homes and assisting Ashley, Sharon and Ron in creating smooth Real Estate transactions. 

Lyndsay Poole, REALTOR - Lyndsay graduated with high honors from Franklin & Marshall College and is a Lancaster County native. As the daughter of Chris and Wanda Poole, she has been a part of the real estate world all her life and brings knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm to the Brunner Burkhart Group and Prudential Lancaster Real Estate. 

Kelly Sagner, REALTOR - Kelly has lived in Lancaster County for over 43 years. He has been a licensed realtor for 10 years and is very familiar with the local market. He enjoys working with first time home buyers and veteran home buyers alike. His first concern in every transaction is his client. He expects nothing less than 100% satisfaction from his clients at the end of every transaction. 

Andy Terry, REALTOR - As a buyer specialist, has lived in Lancaster County for the past four years after spending six years in Schuylkill County, 11 years in Calvert County, Maryland and growing up on the shores of Lake Erie in Northeastern Ohio. He comes to the group with 20 years of educational experience as a mathematics teacher and principal of two high schools. Having been in the buyer’s shoes many times himself, Andrew is able to empathize with his clients’ apprehensions. His goal is to educate the buyer while communicating through every step of the process.
